Breastfeeding Tips please?

How can I help make myself more comfortable with breastfeeding? I tried with both of my girls and felt uncomfortable. I’m about to have my son in 2 weeks and I want to try breastfeeding but everytime I think about it, I get that uncomfortable feeling again.

Same here! I’m physically sensitive there normally and breastfeeding was always uncomfortable for me and the thought of doing it again makes me so uncomfortable

Uncomfortable physically? If so, it does get better once you get used to it.
If it’s mentally you might have to reach out a counselor or therapist. I had a friend who would have feelings of rage whenever she breastfed. It’s a real thing. She powered through and it got better after a few months but never completely gone.

Uncomfortable how? Ive breastfed 6 kids 1 yr plus each and never felt uncomfortable feeding them so I'm not sure I understand how to answer.
