3 month old congested since birth.

Hey ladies, my daughter is 3 months old she’s been very congested since the second we’ve brought her home from the hospital. It’s getting to the point she coughs over her mucus and doesn’t/can’t do her cooing anymore over all the mucus. The pediatrician and ENT think its silent reflux. Have any other moms gone through this with your baby if so what helped you out the most during this time or what was the reason. I’m just at my breaking point now please give me advice
