Booster shot while pregnant?

Anyone pregnant and got the booster vaccine? I am 10 weeks pregnant and I want to get the booster shot but not sure if I should wait ? I forgot to ask my doctor during the last ultra sound .

I'm in my 3rd trimester, I haven't got the vaccine at all. Some say is safe,some not, but I just simply don't trust them. I know people who got 2 doses + booster and still got the virus. It has no effect in my opinion. The only thing, for sure about this vaccine is the increased risk of a thrombosis. Pregnant women have increased D-dimers anyways (products of coagulation) and the vaccine could make it worse. This is my opinion. But for a professional one, talking with your doctor is the best.

I am waiting until the second trimester, I have had 2 10 week losses and a chemical and I am not taking any chances this time. I’m trying to avoid taking anything unnecessary even if it known to be safe.

I am a healthy weight and have no health problems. i will not get the booster in my first trimester, i would consider the second.. although  leaning towards no.  the science is still unclear, these vaccines are still in emergency use approval (have not completed trials like others). if i’m healthy and young i don’t see a big reason for me to get boosted. If i had a health issue I might feel differently. if you do get it, prepare to be in bed the next day. all of my friends who got boosted felt very sick after booster, more so than 2nd shot (we’re all in our 30s).

Had my booster around 22-23 weeks and am fine and baby is fine. My OB didn’t have a preference as to when to get it but to definitely get it along with the flu vaccine.

I’d search this question as it’s been asked a lot!! But the overall consensus is to wait until the 2nd trimester for any Covid vaccines. Women who have gotten it in the first or third trimester have been fine, just most doctors are suggesting it get done in the second trimester.
