Pregnant? Or confused?

I find myself constantly gravitating to holding and cradling my tummy, I’m struggling with smells, my tummy is quite round atm (bloated) and earlier today I experienced excruciating stomach cramp and pain. I am on birth control but do not use condoms. He never c*ms in me but he does pre-c*m during sex. I am meant to be due on my period in 4 days but this feeling and bloating and scent issues have gone on for a lot longer than that. I have a weird gut feeling I could be pregnant. What’s the likeliness?
