Would I need to bleach it?

The last time I dyed it was back in august , I did a dark brown and now it looks like that ^
I’d like to do like a deep burgundy , like one of the pics I put below this. Would I need to bleach my hair? It’s been bleached before since I did have strawberry blonde hair before
