Pregnancy symptoms

I am 10DPO I’m pretty sure. I recently came off my IUD in November of 2021 and my husband have been trying since but my periods aren’t quite back on track. I tested today and it was a faint line I think? But I am having a lot of symptoms such as. Headaches, extra saliva it feels like and congestion, lots of bloating, feeling constant butterflies, darken nipples and my Montgomery glands are really showing, nausea but no vomiting and sleepy. What do you think?
