Implantation?

Hi all! I am 3-4 dpo and I'm having slight pinching pains every once in awhile in my lower abdomen and lower back. I also have pcos. Usually I know when my pcos is acting up and it doesn't usually feel like this. Could it be implantation?

I hope it’s not because 3-4 day implantation would most likely result in ectopic:( take the egg a minimum of 6 days to travel to uterus. Did you track ovulation with opk and bbt?

I think it may be! I tested today and got a faint line and when I was about 4-5 DPO I had that slight pinching pain every now and then your talking about.

Unless you are off on ovulation, no. It’s too early
