He isnt missing me anymore because of the pandamic

I have dated a guy for almost 2 year. We just started dating before the pandemic. When our country went in lockdown we couldnt see each other for 3 months. After that we saw each other almost weekly, and we had much fun. We also went in 2 more lockdowns... that we couldnt see each other anymore for almost a half year... in total. Because our parents are scared for an infection we couldnt see each other. Last month (december) our country went into lockdown again. And my boyfriend was not allow to come and i couldnt go to his house and celebrate Christmas and New Year because of the lockdown. Around 7 January he called me and said that he had doubts about his feelings. He said because of the lockdowns and not seeing each other that much and everything, his feeling for me slipt away. He isnt missing me anymore and that frustrated him. I dont want to lose him because of this. And I just cant stand these lockdowns that tear us apart. Yesterday he said that he just wants to be friends and wants to see what the future will bring us. I am so clueless because i dont want to let him go. We have so much memories that everything I do, I think about him. We also study at the same university and have the same classes. I want him back and the feeling he had for us. How can I win him back? I really dont want to move on, because we only broke up of not seeing each other often. And that he said that there is maybe a future. That there is a chance... I dont want to waste this opportunity. I need advice 😣
