Need help please

So i got a ectopic on nov 1st they give me a shot and do a d&c been doing labs to check hcg since take a while to go down on the 4 of this month they call me and said my progesteron was normal for none pregnancy i see my af on the 4 of this month so today i wake up to a lot of nauseas i was thinking maybe ovulation because when i'm on my fertile week i got it so i was so damn curious and do a test and got this the line show up in the time frame is possible i'm pregnant again ? I'm confused now i already call them and they give me an appoinment for tomorrow for labs to check my hcg lvs i'm super nervous already got 5 miscarriages thank u so much in advance
