Bladder infection in second trimester, what were your symptoms?

I’m 95% sure I have a bladder infection, I’m 21 weeks and I’ve been waiting for 3 days to hear back about my urinalysis, I have no idea why it is taking so long and I’ve reached out to my doctors office three times regarding this and the cramps and back pain I’m having. Im concerned because if it’s not a bladder infection then what is going on?

Anyway if you have had a uti or bladder infection around your 2nd trimester what were your symptoms and what was your experience like? I don’t have the burning when I pee, but I constantly feel like I have to go, right after I go, then nothing comes out. I also am having back pain in my kidney area and cramps low in the center of my pelvis.
