TMI 😬😂 mucus plug/bowel movement

Anyone else lost bits of their mucus plug while pooping? 🥴 I am 37 weeks and my stools have been pretty “loose” for the past week, and because they aren’t solid I’m kind of straining more to (SORRY😬 yuck)…get it all out I guess. Anyways. I pee every 5min too so I wipe both areas after going and the two times I’ve pooped today, I’ve wiped what looks like chunks of mucus plug after also peeing!! Is the strain of me pooping making me lose it or is it possibly a coincidence? When I lost my mucus plug in my first pregnancy it was in the shower while I was stretching and I felt a pop, then lost a chunk of it. So…way different experience
