Breast Lump help?

I'm really freaking out. My right breast has been itchy for a few days, but I didn't think anything of it because I've been itchy everywhere. But today there's a small Lump on my breast, just on the edge of the areola. It's what's itchy, it's 2cm maybe. And I think my areola is larger on my right breasts but I'm not sure. I'm 25 (f) and I know that lumps are typically signs of breast cancer. Everything I've searched says its cancer.

It's Friday, any obgyn is closed and my GP is male so I don't want to go there, nevermind that appointments are pretty far out.

Help. I'm terrified.
