UPDATE #2 baby born/ Baby’s heart just almost stopped for the second time in 2 days

I’m freaking out right now and don’t know what to do. I went to labor and delivery on Friday for severe contractions and while I was up there my sons heart rate dropped to 40 and they couldn’t get it to go back up for about 3-4 minutes, it was the scariest thing I’ve ever been through. But to our shock and horror they sent me home even though I begged to stay because I live an hour away from this hospital. Well when I laid down to go to bed I hadn’t felt him move for some time but I figured he was just sleeping because if felt him earlier. But I just woke up now and tried all my tricks to get him to move and he wouldn’t budge so I got my home Doppler to check him. His heart rate started out at 120 but then dropped to 36-42 and would NOT go back up. I we freaking out and crying for him to come back to me and finally after 2-3 minutes it went back up. Now I’m sitting here horrified not knowing what to do. I want so badly to go wake my husband up to take me to the hospital but I’m also scared to go because #1 they don’t listen to me when I say this has happened to me at home because they say you cant fully trust home Doppler because I’m not trained to use it but I’ve used this damn thing for 8 pregnancies in a row now I know how to use the damn thing. Also I’m scared they’ll send me home again. I’m panicking I don’t want to not go and lose him and forever regret not going

UPDATE…

Ok so we ended up coming to labor and delivery, when I told them what had happened with the Doppler they didn’t really listen to me because like I said they don’t think patients are capable of using them. Well they ended up booking me up to the monitors and about an hour or so after being hooked up out baby boys heart dipped down. It started dropping lower and lower and no one was coming in so I hit the call button and finally a woman came in. When she came in his heart rate was down to 32 but then it stopped picking up. She had me flip onto my side but nothing happened and then she switched me to my other side and still nothing so she got on the intercom snd started yelling fetal bradycardia over and over. She had me get on my hands and knees and stay that way but still nothing. At that time a whole team of doctors came running in, along with an anesthesiologist who immediately started an ic on me and started prepping me for an emergency csection. They had an or all ready to go and they hadn’t found his heart rate for 9 minutes straight when all of a sudden baby boys heart beat started coming back up. Since it came back up they put the emergency surgery on pause for the time being. I’ve been admitted for extended monitoring and I’m being kept on the monitor for a while and if his heart rate stays stable they’ll keep him in but if it drops again like it did before they’re going to take him out 😭I’m so stressed and so scared!

UPDATE #2

I’ll go into future detail later in a new post but He ended up having to be delivered last night via emergency csection when his heart rate took a huge drop again and wouldn’t go back up again until they got me into the er and at that time the ob in charge told me it was time and she wasn’t waiting any longer and risking losing him. He’s 2lbs 11oz and 14in long. He was doing good when we went to go down and see him last night right after my surgery. I couldn’t stay long because of the horrible pain I’m in so I’m praying God eases my pain so I can at least go down and see him again because since then I’ve been screaming at the top of my lungs in pain.
