First appt

This is my first pregnancy so i dont really know whats normal/expected, but i had my first appt right at 11 weeks and had an ultrasound. But i realized after i left that she didnt really spend a ton of time on it ? We saw baby’s heartbeat but didnt get to hear it, and she didnt say what the heart rate was. I’ve seen a lot of posts here where people say how far along they are and how far along they’re measuring, and she didnt tell me that either. She just showed us baby and my husband asked if everything looked normal/healthy and she said “it looks like an 11 week baby.” Am i overthinking or was this weird ?? i was very stressed and emotional so i wasnt thinking very much while i was there but ever since i left it’s felt weird

edit: my doctor did the ultrasound, not a tech
