Have you ever caught your man jerking off?

So I don’t know what to think. I came home on my lunch break from work to eat and my bf was taking a nap (or so I thought) I was in the living room eating my lunch, but I needed something for work. So I walked to the bedroom to grab it and he was in there jerking off. He quickly put his phone face down so I couldn’t see what he was jerking off to, but I just thought it was weird. He claims he didn’t know I was home, but I had the tv on loud enough to hear from the bedroom. I don’t know what to think. Not to mention when I went back to the living room to finish watching my show and eating, I came back to the bedroom and he was doing it again. I get he has urges, but I kind of found it disrespectful because I’m literally in the next room. Am I over thinking?
