Morning after pill.

I had my initial period a few weeks ago, right after that period I had sex and the condom broke. Immediately I went to get the plan b pill and took it — for two days everything was fine. After the two day mark of taking the pill I began to bleed a decent amount, it isn’t light or extremely heavy but it’s dark and lots of tissue when I use the bathroom. I’m not in any of pain, just extremely emotional and annoyed at everything amongst having a period for nearly a month straight.

Should I be concerned? I realize the symptoms, it just seems a bit much and out of the ordinary.

I should also mention I have endometriosis. I’ve taken the pill several times and have never had the issue of extensive bleeding or even any at all.
