In my experience, it wouldn’t help in the hospital. The amount of people coming in your room, interrupting sleep, etc. we didn’t ever get two consecutive hours of sleep. I’d save it for home

No. Babies aren’t really aware of what’s going on when they are that little. Mine just slept through anything/everything until 6-7 weeks.

No I didn’t. There’s a lot going on, and newborns sleep through whatever they want to. Tbh, there’s often still fluid in their ears directly after birth. Even if there’s not, newborns just sleep and sleep and sleep. We did use a sound machine at home.
