FTM - Job search

I had my son in December. My maternity leave ends mid March and I won't be going back to my job. My current job I work an hour away from my home and my coworkers are idiots spreading COVID around the building like crazy. I don't want to be far away from my baby and I definitely don't want to bring Covid home to him. I'd LOVE to work from home, but have no clue where to start/look.

Everything I've seen requires 3+ years of experience in that field/role, which I don't have. If anyone has any ideas, tips, etc. It'd be greatly appreciated. I can't afford to not work.
