TMI (no pics) : tearing and healed stitches help!

Im 5 weeks and 2 days postpartum. My stitches healed and everything is fine. But when i go to use the bathroom for bowels. I started bleeding and it burned like it kinda opened so i took a picture and it looks like the perineal area has slightly oapened. Has this happened to anyone else? And what did you do.

Im scared to go to my doctors because withing a day it heals. It just tears when i poop. But at the hospital they numbed me but i still felt everything every stitch everything it was awful . I dont want to have to get it checked ans get hurt again. . Can anyine help
