Clogged duct
Mamas what is the longest you've had a clogged duct for? It has been almost 3 days and I cannot get it out and I have tried everything! I feel like it is getting better but still not gone. I am nursing, pumping, have use the haaka and epsom Salt, a massager, heating pad, sunflower lecithin you name it LOL. Thank the good Lord it has not turned into mastitis but I'm getting nervous bc it's not out yet
