“I feel fat…”
This may not be the best place to ask this question (please redirect me if somewhere else is better), but I’d like guidance/ advice. I tell my husband I often feel big or huge. I know by standards, I’m not. I’m 120 lbs. and 5’3” but my tummy always feels incredibly bloated and if I eat at all past satisfied I just mentally beat myself up. I used to massively struggle with disordered eating. I no longer restrict or count calories, etc. I’ve been free of this for about 3 years. BUT I still weigh myself multiple times a day. I know I don’t “look huge,” but I “feel huge.” I am seeing a therapist to discuss this in the coming weeks, but I’ve wondered if anyone else has gone through this and has advice.
