Huge blood clot during period (TMI photo)

I just had the biggest blood clot come out in the shower. I’m sorry for the TMI photo. I’m going to show my doctor during my next appointment but is this normal?? I feel like something is going on. For the past two years (ever since my period came back after giving birth and breastfeeding), I’ve had 1-2 super painful days every month during both ovulation AND my period…like debilitating lower uterus pain & also vagina pain (like a head is bearing down). I never experienced this before having a baby. These clots are normal too. I get a lot during my periods. Normally they’re smaller but I’ve had one big one like this before…probably a couple months ago.
