Period coming earlier than expected ?

Ok ladies so I have like a week and two days before I am supposed to get my period but I’ve been craving chocolate and carbs and I can’t go to the bathroom I know tmi but it’s true ! So y’all think my period is going to come early or what ? Comment down below !!  Also what is your fav Christian song ???? Mine is ( spirit lead me ) !!!!!

This is your luteal phase, or "pms" phase. The week before your period and it is completely normal to have symptoms a week before your period. This is also the stage where the lining in the uterus is thicker and there is an entire shift in hormones in this phase too
