37+2 and constantly feel like I’m on my period?

I’ve got a constant dull period cramp and also feel much more ‘wet’ below like that type that makes you rush to the bathroom because you know Aunt Flo has come for her monthly stay but I go to the toilet thinking it could possibly be discharge or even my waters, there’s nothing!

It feels annoying because I’d rather have a period then just feel like I’m on. Baby is still moving fine and got no concerns about that but I’m just getting irritated with this feeling especially when I know I can go into labour technically at any time and I’m sat here over thinking “is this the start maybe” but in the next breath I will know when it starts as I won’t question it, I know when it does start they’ll be no mistaking. This is my 4th baby you’d think I’d know more then I do but I really don’t remember this at all with any of my other 3 pregnancies, is this just a normal end of pregnancy thing?
