38weeks decreased movement

The pass two days my baby hasn’t been giving big kicks as he usually does I’m not sure if it’s because he’s running out of room or what. I do still feel him moving just not the big kicks I’m use to . If I mess with him he moves or if I drink something he moves. This morning he moved for a while and late last night around 5am he was moving too but is this normal??im jus used to big kicks that catch me off guard. I do have a doctors appointment tomorrow I was going to mention it then
