I want to start working out! How??

Hello everyone!!

I really want to start working out and eat healthier.. just don’t know where to start ☹️

What’s everyone’s schedule like when it comes to working out.. and good meal ideas would be helpful.

Just for background, I’m 6 month pp, I had a c-section (whenever I try to work out I get little pains in my lower stomach and just bums me out that I can’t go all out with work outs) my goals is to lose 20 pounds, now the question is by when.. not sure 😂 I want a realistic time and want to say by July but don’t know if that’s realistic.
