Why don't I see any difference?!
Hello everyone♡
I started counting calories a little over a month ago. My calorie allowance is around 1540 a day and 10,780 a week. I rarely eat all of my calories and have had 2 "cheat days" that stayed within my weekly allowance,
but not my daily.
I have been losing pretty steady between 1.5-4lbs a week.
I also started intermediate fasting, 3 different 30 day fitness challenges, and I walk at a fast pace atleast 1 mile a day. I also run around outside with my 3 year old son.
So far I have lost 15lbs, if not more (Mondays are weigh in days), but I cannot tell from where. All my clothes fit the same, I look the same, and honestly the last two days I have been feeling worse than before I started this journey.
I see the numbers going down on the scale, which is great, but feeling like I have ZERO non-scale victories really sucks.
My mom tells me everyday that she sees a difference in how I am with my son and how we are more active and my son is happier because he has his mommy playing with him outside and keeping him active. So that is a plus.
I have two pair of "goal" jeans and I am terrified to even try them on, bc if they still don't fit or haven't changed, I will be even more discouraged.
