Not going to boyfriends banquet

Am I wrong?

I’ve been up since 4am for work and work 12 hours. I work 6-6pm. He told me just now he has a banquet tonight and wants me to stop on the way home. Keep in mind I have to be up at 4am tomorrow to work 12 more hours I told him he needs to give me more notice. There is no way I’m going there wearing my work clothes. They’re dirty, I have nasty steel toed shoes on, I’ve been sweating all day. He does this thing all the time then gets mad at me. If I would of known ahead of time I would of brought extra clothes/shoes ect. All the other wives/gfs will be all dressed up and I will not go this way. He tells me to drive home, change and come back. That would be an hour driving time, plus driving back home after. So I wouldn’t be getting home till 8:30-9pm. Then have to feed the animals, and I’m sure the kids tore the house apart so I’d pick that up, shower, and sit in bed to wind down for a while.
