Lazy babies

Does anyone else have a lazy baby? My daughter will be 10 months on the 16th and refuses to crawl it seems like.. she’ll get in the position rock back and forth, even move her hands forward and then just gives up or goes back to the sitting position. She’s even gotten to the point where if she wants to go somewhere, she’ll just roll. I’m not worried but, does any one have any advice on how to motivate her?

I’ve tried what seems like everything. Lol
