Clogged duct /mastitis ??
Woke up this morning and after pumping the top of my right breast hurt it feels like It’s throbbing it doesn’t feel hard but boy does it hurt . Could I have developed mastitis already ? I have chills and feel weak / nauseous , any advice Is more than welcomed . I’m currently using the haakkaa I don’t have Epsom salts but I’m leaning forward and massaging my breast .
