Need some advice (step parenting)

So I’m 6 months pregnant and my step son is 14 months. We’ve been together since he was almost 6 months. So at first his mom wouldn’t let him come over but now he does every other weekend. And for me it’s still been quite a change. He bedshares. I strongly do not like bed sharing and before anyone comments that I will be the same, I highly doubt because I’m a VERY stubborn person and I stick to my word. So since it’s every other weekend I just let us, bedshare with him because I know how much my boyfriend misses him. Lately, I’ve been getting this feeling where I just feel so bad that my baby won’t have her “firsts” with her dad. I feel awful admitting it, but I have to get it off my chest. Also, he is starting to throw tantrums for anything and my boyfriend keeps saying I don’t “entertain” him enough. I’m like wth can I do?! I can’t be carrying him 24/7 I say this because he’s used to a lot of people carrying him. So I try giving him things to play with and putting his favorite shows and sometimes nothing works. I just hate the fact that my boyfriend tells me I don’t do “enough.” Would love to hear if anyone else has gone thru this.
