Acne Treatment

The doctor prescribed me with 3 months of antibiotics, I’m about to start month 3 and it has cleared up a lot but not entirely. I had a pause for a few weeks because no pharmacies were stocking the brand. I’m so scared that it won’t be completely gone and my doctor will try and put me on the pill/ accutane. At times my anxiety can be poor and I’m under a lot of pressure with college, neither would be good for me right now, I’m nearly in tears thinking about having to take any of those options. Can the 3 months be extended if I just need some more time and is there any way I could speed up the process and also get rid of scarring?
