can someone help me read my lab work?

I got labwork done yesterday and got it back this morning.. Comments say that dr will call me today to discuss labs but it made me nervous reading it. what does any of this means

Your glucose and cholesterol values may be indicative of pre-diabetes but it looks like your kidneys are in good shape! Some abnormal liver enzymes though (ALP and AST). Did you fast for your blood draw or eat right beforehand?

The red ones with the H are all higher than the normal range. The red one with the L is lower than the normal range. The black ones are within normal range.
