Possibly pregnant?

A week ago I had unprotected sex. My period has been so messed up after starting birth control and to be honest I forget sometimes. I always end up taking the pill just isn't always at the same time which I recently heard drops the effectiveness. Anyways I woke up with a little blood in my underwear. Could this be implantation bleeding ?
