Is this cancerous?

I had this same thing on my hand on my arm a few months back. It started out as itching with no patch, then it shows up to be a circle patch like this one. It’s bumpy, seeps.. and is super dry if I don’t keep moisture on it. The itch is like a poison ivy itch. Super uncomfortable and is sore/painful at times. Is this a sign of cancer?

Looks like Psoriasis or something similar. I’m sure your  dermatologist will know. Use unscented lotion on the area

I have very bad eczema in the winter months. Mine is also dry like that, cracks to the point of bleeding. I also get little water filled pimples that itch. It's all kept under control by steroid creams in worst cases and Bioderma line for eczema. That's what I use.

My youngest daughters have eczema and there were times when they were younger that the itching would get so bad and so they’d scratch often. Only one would end up getting a staph infection from the constant scratching and the spot would get bigger, but it wasn’t the eczema getting worse but the staph infection spreading. She would end up needing a prescribed antibiotic and would go away within a few days. Good luck!

Go to the doctor and let them have a look.
