miscarriage

I know this isn’t the right group but I just don’t know where to ask. I had a missed miscarriage diagnosed april 11th. I’ve been weighing my options and seeing if my body passed it on its own. well a couple hours ago, I started experiencing very mild cramps and some brown spotting along with a small blueberry sized clot. I was 9w0d when fetal demise occurred. about how long should it take for full bleeding/passing of the tissue to happen? it’s been almost two hours now of this mild brown discharge… TIA
