Vomiting 26 weeks pregnant

Hi everyone, weird question,

Has anyone had nausea or vomiting at the end of second trimester? I’m just a bit worried as I’ve been vomiting through the night. I contacted my midwife and she said I have a bug lol i dont. I’ve had bugs before and i know what they feel like, this isnt a bug. I don’t feel weak or have a fever, no other symptoms of a bug.

I have noticed I’m not using the bathroom as often or if I am its very little coming out and my face has swollen up. I did mention this to my midwife but she insisted that it was a bug.

Anyone any ideas?
