Where do you start

I've asked myself this probably near on every week for the last 4 months but yet I find myself still eating those crisps and chocolate.

Your find my eating. I'll then see myself in the mirror and see how vile fat and ugly I feel but yet its not enough to stop me I really don't know what.to do it's making me so down but motivation I lack 100% but surly being so upset should be the wake up call I need!
