Period sex, or lack there of.

So, my boyfriend is grossed out by periods. Simple as that.

Anytime I mention feeling it coming on or complain about a cramp the only reply I get is “gross” or “ew”

At first I didn’t think much about it but we’ve been together about 8 months now and he’s literally done it every month and it’s starting to drive me crazy.

Last month I didn’t know I had started and he went to go down on me and he jumped up, shouted “OH NASTY!” And kept wiping his tongue. I understand that isn’t a pleasant experience, especially when not expecting it, but it wasn’t like a full on period or anything. Just the tiniest little streak when I wiped after trying to hold it together after he made me feel like a disgusting monster.

We’ve had sex on my period only a few times and when I told him this month that I THINK my period is coming on, it was like he flipped a switch and didn’t want a damn thing from me. It really made me feel like nothing, I hadn’t even started yet and I was basically being shunned.

It was at a point that again, not even started yet, and I was begging him to sleep with me and all he said was “aren’t you on your period?” Like, no. I would’ve told you if I was, and even then… I’m asking for sex… what does my period have to do with it? Every man I’ve been with at most is like “oh okay I’ll grab a towel” ant that’s that.
