Please answer me

Last summer July I did a Pap smear and came back positive for HPV my doctor told it could go away in 6 months. Now i did a Pap smear again couple days ago , i know longer have HPV but I have chlamydia. Can HPV be mistaken for chlamydia? I searched up online & they said “ All eight women who had a positive Chlamydia antigen test result also had a positive HPV DNA test” I’m not sure how credible that is. Can someone please answer me. Did my boyfriend have sex with someone else? He swears up & down he hasn’t had sex with anyone else in year .
