I don’t understand

I have a 1 month old. I’m a new parent and i feel like im doing everything wrong. For the past few days my son has just been crying or screaming and i don’t understand what’s wrong. During the day he fusses and at night he fusses and doesn’t go to sleep. We figured he has colic so we bought gripe water and it seems like it’s not working. He’s lost his voice from crying so much and I’m not sure what’s going on or what to do. He also screams like he’s in pain when he’s getting his diaper changed & for some reason my husband keeps getting mad at me when he cries???? i’m just so lost….
