???Tubal ligation???

I 100% don’t want no more children I just had my third child four months ago I don’t want to rely on birth control every day or the patch once a week I tried the IUD but my body rejected it I’m not going to get the implant But I’m truly conflicted on the tubal ligation I have watched so many YouTube videos for reviews id like to hear from people on this app that have received a tubal ligation what are the pros and cons do you regret it and so forth thank you for your time

I had mine done July of last year after my 6th was born. I had them fully removed But no cons at all! Everything has been perfect, easy surgery, recovery time was relatively quick and I was back at work in a flash

Have you discussed your partner/husband getting a vasectomy, the procedure is shorter cheaper, reversible, recovery time is shorter 
I’m alone suggesting you look at all the option which includes your partner 
My partner got it as we don’t want kids as he didn’t want me having to go back down BC or TL route

I thought I was 100% done when I got my tubes tied after my second. That was 5 years ago now and I totally regret it. We are all different though ♥️

I had my tubes removed after my 4th. Husband didn't want a vasectomy cuz well, he didn't. That's his choice. I chickened out of getting my tubes removed after delivery and got an IUD. My IUD perforated through my uterus and I ended up needing surgery anyways. They removed my tubes when they removed my IUD. It's only been about a month, but so far so good. Recovery was fine. Never took the heavier pain medications they perscribed. My OB did tell me that sometimes people have been on birth control for a long time and forget what their natural cycle is like. They get their tubes removed and no longer need hormonal birth control and then their natural cycles are different from what they remember. My baby is 3 months old and I haven't had a cycle yet so I can't  comment on how my cycle is afterward tube removal. I don't regret it.
