Someone who hasn’t shopped here in like a year. We were in a Medical Dispensary.

He called me and asked if I could sell him weed with his license because his wallet got stolen but they didn’t take his ID and I told him our store policy is we can’t sell it to you without a card. And he said we did one time which we never did. And he also questioned me why we use his ID to check in. I explained him everything very calm. And he was rude as fuck to me. Like wtf is wrong with people. So he calls back and my male colleague worker picks up the phone gets rude to him and the guy just hangs up. He asked if we could bring the stuff out to him with his license. Instead of him coming in without a card. And we were no that’s even worse. And he said well if I get pulled over my ID has my card and we said but you don’t have a medical card so the ID doesn’t matter.

Like you’re a grown ass man acting this way. And I told him you know I would love to sell you weed dude but I can’t that’s my job. And he just got hateful to me.
