How to with formula?

I know sounds dumb but I only breastfed my first. Do I have to heat up the water? If so just to “warm” right? My house is a little cold and think those baby water jugs might feel a bit cold too so idk about room temp for our house

I always warmed my babies milk. Just put her bottle in a cup of hot water for 2 minutes and test temp of milk on wrist. I found thermal cups heated the fastest. Never understood cold bottles to babies…if the babies warm and snuggly a bottle of warm milk just makes sense 🤷🏼‍♀️

If baby is on a schedule it helps. Formula is good for two hours already made room temp. So if you make a bottle an hour before feed you can put in a cup of warm water and it will be right by feed time. Sometimes I just use hot running water at the moment. Bottle is right temp when you can't feel the milk drop on your wrist.

Leave it room temperature and if you wanna heat it up if you had it in the fridge, heat up some water in a cup or bowl in your microwave , then put your bottle in the water . It won’t get super hot that way, always mix to make sure water is even . My son always drank room temperature , I thought it was kind of cold but he didn’t mind

There is nothing wrong with giving it cold but baby might not like it. Give it a try and see what happens. My daughter hated it cold so we had to warm it up

Munckin has a good and pretty fast bottle warmer. If not grab a plastic pitcher with boiling water and put the bottle in there for 1 min or until bottle feels at room temp. U can test the heat of the milk on your wrist.

We use room temp water. However we use a bottle warmer if we have to reheat milk that’s been stored in the fridge.
