Blood after sex. Not trying to get pregnant

I had sex last night and this morning I had some blood tinged discharge. 4 hours later I went to the rest room and noticed blood as if I was starting a period. I had my last period April 14th. I started taking birth control last week April 25th. Should I be concerned? Google says the worst so I don't want to look that up. I'm not trying to get pregnant. Rough sex? Is that a thing...do people actually bleed from it I mean?
