Diaper change.

My 10 month old doesn’t let me finish changing her diaper. She turns to her stomach and tries to crawl away or just wants to be sitting. It’s especially hard when she has a dirty diaper and she gets it everywhere. Sometimes I don’t even get the diaper on right bc she won’t stop moving. What can I do???!? Should I do something different ? I always let her know like “it’s time to change your diaper” I always explain what I’m doing.
