1 week before period, does anybody get this?

My period is due in 6 days and I've been eating like crazy!!! All I can think about is food food food. Does this happen to anyone else???

A few days before my period I get insatiable hunger. I ate a whole pizza by myself hungry. And then when my period hits it's the opposite.

I call it hibernation lol all I do is eat try nibble on bread it will fill you up faster and satisfy the need of salty food

I don't get like that, not until I get my period. I could not stop eating yesterday!

I get this too! Its a bit annoying since I just forget about healthy eating and just eat chocolate and chips. It disappears after a couple of days though but I just can't help but eat and crave a lot days before my period ><

Usually when my period is coming my appetite increases and I want either salty chips or some type of sweet. If you think your pregnant wait till you miss your period before testing
