Power pumping

So my stash is getting low as baby started daycare and takes 4oz whilst there (baby is almost 1). I want to pump to keep the stash going but when I pump I'm only getting 1.5oz combined. If I keep pumping even when no milk is coming out will this still trigger more milk production?
