Spitting up blood after throwing up

I have had a sore throat since the middle of the night. (I’m 9 weeks) and I have been bringing up a lot of phlegm trying to clear my throat. I have cold symptoms and I took a Covid test but it’s negative.

I had the urge to throw up twice and I did but only stomach acid came up as I haven’t eaten and I don’t have the appetite to eat anything.

I cleared my throat once again and blood came up.

Should I be worried?
