Blood clot

Hello,

I had a medical abortion on Friday and passed some blood clots and continued to bleed. Today, which is Monday, I thought the bleeding was coming to an end but soon as this giant blood clot came I started bleeding again, not heavy though pretty light. But I’m worried about this blood clot cuz it’s HUGE. I then passed another one which wasn’t as big and a few normally small sized ones. Should I go to the hospital????
